Domain portfolio management is a single dashboard that tracks status, expiry, DNS, and SSL for every domain you own, across all your registrars. Domainyze reads each domain's registry record directly, so the portfolio reflects what the registry says rather than what a registrar dashboard last showed you.

01. Unified Visibility

The End of Registrar Fragmentation

As organizations grow, domain assets scatter. A stray marketing page on GoDaddy, a core web app on AWS Route53, and legacy domains parked at Namecheap.

Managing this fragmented reality usually means relying on outdated, manual spreadsheets—a fragile system that almost guarantees an accidental expiration or a missed SSL renewal.

  • Registrar Agnostic: We automatically sync and normalize WHOIS and RDAP data across hundreds of different hostings and registrars.
  • Global Health Scoring: Instantly see which domains are past expiry, carrying an invalid certificate, or nearing renewal in one view.

03. Fleet Management

Bulk Operations & Automation

Stop clicking through individual domain settings. Manage your entire digital footprint with powerful, cross-registrar batch actions.

Consolidated Weekly Digest

Instead of 50 renewal emails from 5 registrars, one weekly summary: every alert raised in the last seven days, the domains expiring next, and any watched name that dropped and was taken before you heard.

Portfolio Drift Detection

Every zone is snapshotted on a schedule and diffed against the last one, so a nameserver, MX or email authentication record that moves without a ticket surfaces on the next check, with the old and new values side by side.

Folders and Bulk Actions

Organize your assets logically, regardless of where they are hosted. Put domains in a folder by project or client, then select any number of them to move, regroup, pause or resume monitoring in one action.

Portfolio Health Score

One number for the whole fleet, and it explains itself: the domains past expiry or heading for the drop pool, the invalid and soon-to-lapse certificates, and the ones whose checks are paused. Click any issue to filter the list down to exactly those domains.

Bulk Import & Export

Easily onboard by pasting a list of domains or uploading a CSV. Export the portfolio as CSV with each domain’s status, registrar, expiry and registration date for external reporting.

Per-Destination Alert Routing

Add as many destinations as you need across email, Slack, Discord and signed webhooks, and give each one its own alert-type filter. Urgent events reach the on-call channel while renewal reminders stay in an inbox.

Domainyze vs. the alternatives

How dedicated domain monitoring compares to checking by hand or bolting it onto a generic uptime tool.

Capability Domainyze Domainyze Manual checks Generic uptime monitors
Domains tracked Free 5 · Pro 200 · Business 500 A spreadsheet, error-prone n/a
Cross-registrar view Yes: one unified dashboard Log into each separately No
Grouping By client, project, or TLD Manual tabs and colours n/a
Expiry + SSL + DNS All in one, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC Three separate checks Uptime only
Export CSV on paid plans Copy-paste n/a

Check frequency adapts to a domain’s state: free plans run every 12 hours, tightening to every 6 hours once a domain is close to dropping; paid plans run every 6 hours at rest and as often as every minute in the drop window. CSV export is available on Pro and Business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Optimize your domain fleet management strategy.

What is the best way to manage a domain portfolio across multiple registrars?

Use a single tracking dashboard instead of per-registrar spreadsheets. Domainyze centralizes up to 500 domains (Business) regardless of where they are registered, tracks expiry, SSL, and DNS for each, groups them by client or project, and exports to CSV, so you manage the whole portfolio from one place with alerts before anything lapses.

What is domain portfolio tracking?

Domain portfolio tracking is a unified management dashboard that centralizes status, renewal dates, SSL status, and DNS health for all the domains you own, regardless of the different registrars you registered them with.

How do I import my domains into the dashboard?

You can import your domains in bulk by pasting a list of names, uploading a CSV file, or adding them individually through our interface.

Does Domainyze replace my domain registrar?

No. We are not a registrar and we do not sell domains. We act as a dedicated monitoring, intelligence, and safety layer that sits on top of your existing registrars, offering advanced cross-platform alerting and tracking.

Can I organize my domains into groups?

Yes. You can create custom Domain Groups in the dashboard. This lets you organize domains by client, business unit, project, or TLD, and configure distinct alert settings per group.

How many domains can I track in my portfolio?

Our Free plan supports up to 5 domains. Paid plans support larger portfolios: Pro tracks up to 200 domains, and Business up to 500, on higher-frequency check queues.

Can I add private notes to my domains?

Yes, our dashboard lets you add custom notes, tags, and acquisition details to each monitored domain, helping you keep track of project associations or renewal instructions.

Does portfolio monitoring support subdomains?

While we primarily monitor the root domain asset (WHOIS, DNS records), our SSL checks and custom DNS records support monitoring specific subdomains (e.g., api.yourdomain.com).
