The Portfolio No Single Team Can See
A large organization does not have a domain list. It has a marketing team's campaign names, an infrastructure team's production domains, a legal team's defensive registrations and whatever came in with the last acquisition, none of which agree on where the master record lives.
Domainyze turns that sprawl into one monitored inventory. Import every name from every registrar, group it by brand, region or owning team, and the engine reads the public registry record for each on a schedule, whoever holds it.
One Inventory, Any Registrar
Consolidate domains held across many registrars and accounts. No logins or API keys per registrar, because the engine reads public WHOIS and RDAP.
Grouped by Brand or Team
Group and tag by brand, region or owning team, then filter every view by that grouping so each team sees the domains it is accountable for.
Expiry, SSL and DNS Oversight
Every domain watched for expiry, certificate health and DNS change at once, so no lane of failure depends on a team remembering to check it.
Portfolio Overview
Tracking status, expiry, SSL, and DNS across every major gTLD and ccTLD.
Alerts That Reach the Team That Owns It
At portfolio scale, a single alert inbox is where warnings go to be missed. The value of monitoring a domain weeks ahead of a failure is only realized if the warning reaches the people who can act on it before the failure lands.
Route alerts per domain and per severity into Slack, Discord or signed webhooks, and wire the webhook into the systems your organization already runs so a certificate warning opens a ticket instead of a thread.
Signed Webhooks
Every alert can post an HMAC-signed JSON payload to an endpoint you control, so an integration with your ticketing or SIEM can trust what arrives.
Registration and DNS Integrity
Registrar transfers, status changes, nameserver moves and record-set changes are read from the registry and zone, which is where takeover shows up first.

The Lanes a Portfolio Team Turns On
Three lanes cover the registrar-side failure modes across a large holding.
Portfolio Tracking
Every domain in one grouped inventory, filtered by brand or team, with per-domain alert preferences.
DNS Change Detection
Record-level diffs of each zone, confirmed against a second resolver, with delegation, mail and security records never graded down.
Alert Routing
Email, Slack, Discord and signed webhooks per alert type, so each severity lands with the team that owns the domain.
Domainyze vs. an In-House Script
A cron job that checks WHOIS is a monitoring tool until the person who wrote it leaves.
| Aspect | Domainyze Us | In-House Script |
|---|---|---|
| What is watched | Registry, DNS zone and certificate together | Whatever the last engineer had time to add |
| How alerts reach owners | Per domain and severity to Slack or webhook | One email address on a shared alias |
| Who maintains it | Maintained as a product | Rots when its author changes team |
| DNS change accuracy | Confirmed against a second resolver | Alerts on the first blip it sees |
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions from teams managing domains at portfolio scale.
Can this consolidate domains held across many registrars?
Yes. The engine reads public WHOIS and RDAP records, so a domain held at any registrar reads into one inventory without that registrar's credentials. A portfolio split across acquisitions, regions and vendors becomes a single grouped view.
How do we route alerts to different teams?
Alert preferences are per domain, and every alert type can post to Slack, Discord or a signed webhook. Group domains by owning team and route each group's alerts to that team's channel, so a certificate warning reaches the people accountable for that domain rather than a shared inbox.
Do you offer SSO, an SLA or a dedicated account manager?
Not today. Domainyze is a self-serve monitoring product across three plans. What it offers a large portfolio is centralized expiry, SSL, DNS and registration monitoring with per-domain alert routing, not enterprise contracts or single sign-on. If those are hard requirements, it is fair to weigh that before you rely on it.
How many domains can one account monitor?
The free tier covers 5 domains, Pro covers 200 and Business covers 500. A large portfolio lands on Business for the domain count and the faster check cadence; the count is a real ceiling, not an unlimited tier.
Can Domainyze change our registrations or DNS?
No, and by design. Every lane is read-only: it reads public registry records, public DNS answers and the certificate a host serves. Nothing it does can modify a registration or a zone, so granting it visibility carries none of the risk of granting it control.
