Can I change my plan later?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Prorated charges or credits will be applied automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your billing settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial for the paid plans?
We offer a full-featured Free plan that lets you monitor up to 5 domains, a great way to experience the core service. We do not offer time-based trials for Pro or Business plans at this time.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
If you downgrade below your current domain count, monitoring will be paused on the excess domains, oldest additions first. No data is deleted. You can re-enable them by removing others or upgrading again.
