How to Change Your Plan

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your Domainyze subscription plan directly from your account settings. This flexibility allows you to adapt your plan as your domain monitoring needs evolve.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you need to monitor more domains, access higher monitoring frequencies, or unlock additional features, you can upgrade your plan:

1. Log in to your Domainyze account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings.
3. Go to the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.
4. You will see an option to "Change Plan" or "Upgrade."
5. Select your desired new plan.
6. The system will guide you through the checkout process, prorating any charges if you are upgrading mid-billing cycle.
7. Confirm the upgrade.

Your new plan benefits will typically be applied immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

If your monitoring needs have decreased, you can downgrade your plan:

1. Log in to your Domainyze account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings.
3. Go to the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.
4. You will see an option to "Change Plan" or "Downgrade."
5. Select your desired new plan.
6. Confirm the downgrade.

Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain your current plan's benefits until that time.

Important Notes

• Proration: When upgrading, any unused portion of your current plan will typically be credited towards your new subscription.
• Limits: Be mindful of the limits of your new plan, especially when downgrading, to ensure you don't lose monitoring for domains exceeding the new limit.
• Billing Cycle: All plan changes are managed in conjunction with your current billing cycle.
