Understanding the Dashboard

The Domainyze dashboard provides a high-level overview of your entire domain portfolio and recent monitoring activity. It is designed to surface critical changes the moment they happen.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find key metrics that provide a snapshot of your account:

  • Total Domains: The combined number of domains in your Watchlist and Portfolio.
  • Watchlist vs. Portfolio: A breakdown of domains you are tracking for availability vs. domains you own.
  • Available Domains: How many of your Watchlist domains are currently available for registration.
  • Pending Delete: Domains nearing the end of their drop cycle.
  • Expiring Soon: Portfolio domains with expiration dates approaching within 30 days.
  • Portfolio Health: A percentage score based on SSL validity and expiration urgency across your owned domains.
  • Alerts Sent: The total number of notifications (Email/Webhook) dispatched by the system.

Recent Activity & Alerts

The main section of the dashboard features a real-time Activity Feed. This feed shows the latest alerts generated by our monitoring engine.

Filtering Your Activity: You can filter the feed to focus on specific types of events:

  • Availability: Only show domains that have become available.
  • Status: View all registry status changes (e.g., moves to clientHold or redemptionPeriod).
  • DNS (Pro/Business): Track record changes across your portfolio.
  • SSL (Pro/Business): Monitor certificate issues and expiration warnings.

From the dashboard, you can quickly jump to:

  • Watchlist: To manage domains you want to acquire.
  • Portfolio: To manage domains you already own.
  • Domain Groups: To organize your domains into custom folders.
  • Account Settings: To manage your subscription and notification preferences.

By monitoring these core metrics daily, you can ensure your domain assets are secure and never miss a registration opportunity.
