Key Plan Differentiators
The one line that captures the plan boundary: free tells you what happened, paid tells you what is about to. Every plan hears about the same domain statuses, checked on the shared schedule. What paid plans add is prediction, precision, and the tight cadence that lets you act on it.
1. Drop forecast precision
Free plans see a coarse runway for a name you are watching ("May drop in about 5 days"). Paid plans see the projected date ("May drop 3 June"), once Domainyze has directly observed the name reach its final stage.
No forecast quotes a clock time, on any plan. Domainyze projects the day from the stage the name is in and the TLD's typical timing; it does not observe when the registry runs its batch, so naming an hour would claim a precision nobody has. Why there is no clock time covers the reasoning. The precision you buy on a paid plan is the drop-imminent alert and the burst cadence below, which put you in the right place at the right moment without you watching a countdown.
2. Drop-imminent alerts and burst checks
Paid plans get an alert as an observed drop approaches: Pro 1 day and 1 hour ahead, Business also 10 minutes ahead. In that final window Domainyze also tightens the check cadence to sub-two-minute bursts, so it catches the release rather than noticing it on the next routine sweep. Free plans never burst and never send an imminent alert.
3. Expiry runway
On a name you own, paid plans give you renewal-reminder windows up to 90 days ahead, with SSL certificate warnings timed by their own separate windows, so a lapse never surprises you. On Free, a watched name gets a single reminder 7 days before it expires.
4. Delivery channels, Domain Intelligence, and bulk tools
Webhook, Slack and Discord delivery, Auction Risk scoring, Drop Cycle History, CSV import and export, and unlimited custom groups are all paid features. Email delivery is always available on every plan.
5. Aftermarket alerts, wantlists, and name enrichment
Browsing the resale market is free on every plan: anyone can search the aftermarket and see the auction stage on a watched name. Three things are paid:
- Aftermarket alerts — the email (and Slack, Discord, or webhook) when a name you watch is listed for auction or closeout instead of dropping. Paid plans only.
- Wantlists — saved aftermarket searches that email you a twice-daily digest of new matches. Free plans can browse the same filters but cannot save a wantlist; paid plans include several. See the pricing page for how many each plan includes.
- Name enrichment — the on-request deeper read of a single name (its age and archive-history depth). Free plans get a set number of enrichments each month; paid plans are unlimited. The exact free allowance is shown on the pricing page.
Checking Your Usage
You can view your current plan, billing date, and resource usage at any time in your Account Settings. If you exceed your plan's domain limit, monitoring for newly added domains will be paused until you upgrade or remove existing domains.
