How to Cancel Subscription
We understand that your domain monitoring needs can change. You can cancel your Domainyze subscription at any time via our secure billing portal.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Domainyze uses Stripe to manage subscriptions securely. To cancel your plan:
- Log in to your Domainyze account.
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Go to the "Subscription" tab.
- Click the "Manage Subscription in Stripe" button. This will securely redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal.
- In the Stripe portal, locate your current plan and select "Cancel Plan".
- Confirm the cancellation on the Stripe confirmation page.
Once finished, you will be redirected back to Domainyze.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Service Continues: Your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have access to all your plan's features, until the end of your current billing period.
- No Further Charges: You will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.
- Plan Reversion: At the end of the billing cycle, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
- Data Retention: Your monitored domains and historical data will be preserved, but if you exceed the Free Plan's domain limit, monitoring for some domains may be paused.
Important Notes
- Refunds: Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. Please contact support if you have specific billing concerns.
- Re-activating: You can resume your subscription at any time by choosing a new plan in your Account Settings.
