We understand that your domain monitoring needs can change. Domainyze provides options to manage your subscription, including cancellation.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your Domainyze subscription:

  1. Log in to your Domainyze account.
  2. Navigate to your Account Settings.
  3. Go to the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.
  4. Look for an option to "Cancel Subscription."
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You may be asked for feedback to help us improve.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Service Continues: Your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have access to all your plan's features, until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Further Charges: You will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.
  • Data Retention: After your subscription ends, your monitored domains will typically become inactive. We may retain your account data for a period as per our data retention policy, but active monitoring will cease.

Pausing Your Subscription (Future Feature)

  • Not Currently Available: As of the current version, Domainyze does not offer a "pause subscription" feature. If you cancel, your service will continue until the end of the billing cycle and then terminate.
  • Planned Feature: We are exploring the possibility of introducing a subscription pausing feature in the future for greater flexibility.
