Domainyze gives you granular control over the alerts you receive for each domain. You can customize exactly which status changes trigger a notification.
To enable or disable alerts for a specific domain:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Locate the domain for which you want to manage alerts.
- Click on the domain name to access its detail page.
- On the domain detail page, look for the "Alert Settings" or "Monitoring Preferences" section.
- You will see a list of status changes (e.g., "Available", "Unavailable", "Expired", "Ownership Change").
- Toggle the checkboxes next to each status change to enable or disable alerts for that specific event.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply your preferences.
Default Alert Settings
By default, when you add a domain to your Watchlist, alerts for Available are usually enabled. For domains in your Portfolio, alerts for Expiration and SSL Status are typically enabled. You can always adjust these defaults at any time.
Customizing your alerts ensures you only receive notifications for the events that matter most to you, reducing noise and keeping your focus on critical changes.
